MPHS Band Fee Payments and Donations:

This page can be used to make band fee payments and donations via credit card. The system we use is PayPal. You can make secure online payments both with and without a PayPal account. When you click the Pay Now or Donate buttons below, you will be redirected to PayPal's site to make a secure payment.

Please note that all payments have a surcharge added. This is a fee we (the Band Boosters) are charged for taking credit card payments. The small convienience fee will help keep the band from having to cover the fees incurred when taking credit cards.

$50 Band Fee Payment:

Use the button below to make a $50 band fee payment. Please be sure to include your student's name, when processing the payment, so we can correctly apply the payment.

Please note: This payment will charge a total of $51.75 to your credit card. As discussed above, this cover's the credit card surcharge.

$100 Band Fee Payment:

Use the button below to make a $100 band fee payment. Please be sure to include your student's name, when processing the payment, so we can correctly apply the payment.

Please note: This payment will charge a total of $103.20 to your credit card. As discussed above, this cover's the credit card surcharge.

$200 Band Fee Payment:

Use the button below to make a $200 band fee payment. Please be sure to include your student's name, when processing the payment, so we can correctly apply the payment.

Please note: This payment will charge a total of $206.44 to your credit card. As discussed above, this cover's the credit card surcharge.

$400 Band Fee Payment:

Use the button below to make a $400 band fee payment. Please be sure to include your student's name, when processing the payment, so we can correctly apply the payment.

Please note: This payment will charge a total of $411.90 to your credit card. As discussed above, this cover's the credit card surcharge.

Donation:

Use the button below to make a donation to the band. This payment offer does not specify an amount. You may choose any amount to donate. If you would like to specify how the donation will be used, please specify this information, when processing the payment. Otherwise all donations will be sent to the General Fund to offset regular band operating expenses.
